Finding a Realtor is difficult in itself, doing so long distance is nerve racking.  We were looking for a second home in the Santa Cruz area, and had some preferences which were difficult to fill.  We flew in on a Saturday.  Lauren spent all day showing prospective homes and wrote a contract that evening on the perfect beach home.  Lauren easily picked up on our tastes, demonstrated true professionalism and warmth.  She gave us recommendations for services which was essential to our settling in.  We can not say enough positive things about our experience working with Lauren.
