This duplex in Seascape is located near the resort area’s shops, restaurants, tennis courts, and the main attraction:  the beautiful beach and coastline. Both full bathrooms – one upstairs and one downstairs – have shower/tubs. The low-maintenance backyard surrounds the house with a green border of trees and shrubs. No fence separates the yards at this time, but they could easily be separated for privacy for each unit. Both homes have an attached two car garage with extra storage and laundry areas.
