When I decided to put my house on the market, I interviewed her and 2 others as well as considering a couple of friends' referrals. Lauren stood out among all of them for her ability to listen to questions, answer them in an understandable way, and then to set out the plan for how the selling process would go. I offered ideas, which were integrated into the plan. Lauren was always available when I texted (she'd offered that she'd be happy to communicate in the best way for me!). In 2014 alone, I purchased a home and sold one in 2014 so I have some great experiences to share. The purchase of the new home was complex and involved agricultural land and many other tricky aspects. For each item of concern, Lauren always had excellent contacts and references to address any of my concerns to deal with issues or render opinions I needed to evaluate the risks. If you live in this area you know it is a smaller population here with less choices, so knowing who to go to is critical! Lauren, although she has lived in the Aptos/ Capitola area for many years, is a really doer. Lauren gets things accomplished when I feel sometimes we here are a bit too "relaxed" and things can slip.
