Dharma's Restaurant: 4250 Capitola Road, Capitola

Delicious eats made with fresh, organic ingredients. Dharma’s Restaurant is reinventing fast food, and giving it a vegetarian twist! Laid back but immaculately presented, this casual restaurant offers items made with ingredients like tempeh, soy, avocado, organic pastas, and edamame.

 

Although vegetarian-focused, Dharma’s Restaurant makes it easy to substitute items on their menu for vegan options—specifically vegan cheese, when applicable. Menu items that are not vegan, such as their popular Big Cheese sandwich, are clearly indicated.
