Lauren is incredible. When I inherited a house that needed a ton of work before it could sell, she knew all the right people to call. From getting the house cleared out, to hiring an electrician and a roofer. And she has a working relationship with a great contractor. All her suggestions for how to improve the house were spot on. She really acted as a project manager and not just a realtor. I'm not in Santa Cruz County and I really relied on her to handle all the details. She did it all with grace and wisdom and was never pushy or overreaching. I never could have done all this without her. The house was staged beautifully, and the photos were perfect.
