Seacliff

Seacliff is the site of numerous vacation & family homes, and sits on the bluffs overlooking the State Park at Rio Del Mar Beach. Homeowners have the benefit of an ocean front setting and family oriented neighborhood within walking distance to all the Aptos Village amenities.

Walking along the coastal promenade with friends and family is a popular pastime.  A partially sunken historic concrete ship, the U.S.S. Palo Alto, makes a great fishing pier. Marine and birdlife is also prevalent, attracted by the towering sandstone cliffs and the sunken ship.
