Valley is located just 6 miles from the beaches of Santa Cruz and
only 30 minutes from the heart of San Jose's Silicon Valley. The
community is warmer with a sunny inland climate, surrounded by the Santa
Cruz Mountains. A gateway to the coastal redwoods and natural wonders of
the area's State Parks, this neighborhood is ideal for the commuter.
Scotts Valley hosts it's own high technology enterprise. The school
district—which includes a new high school—is one of the most desirable
on the Central Coast.

 Glenwood
Estates - an established neighborhood located adjacent to the
new high school. The homes are spacious and on large lots.
Granite Creek Estates - an upper end neighborhood of custom
homes on large lots surrounded by gorgeous mountains.
Hidden Glen - a neighborhood
interspersed among the trees, it has it's own Equestrian Center where
homeowners can board their horses. It also has a community pool and
tennis courts.
Monte Fiore - one of the newest
neighborhoods. Gated with Mediterranean Style homes tucked into a valley
these private homes are very sought after.
Manana Woods
- an older neighborhood with large lots and feels very much in the
country, yet you are minutes from the freeway.

Woods Cove - a community of custom

Mediterranean Style homes. One of the few neighborhoods where you find
